This LP670-4 Superveloce is the 4,099th – and last – Lamborghini Murciélago to be produced at the automaker’s Sant’Agata Bolognese factory. Wearing “Arancio Atlas” paint, the final Murc will be shipped off to a Swiss customer, marking the end of the car’s nine-year production run.
During an “end of celebration” ceremony at Lamborghini’s factory, the automaker’s president and CEO, Stephan Winkelmann, had this to say:
The Murciélago embodies the pure, unadulterated values of our brand. It is truly extreme, uncompromising and unmistakably Italian. This already makes it one of the legends of the sports car world.
