• Why did you choose (MeenAkon) as a name to your blog?

it’s all down to my love of the famous singer Ahlam, when i first started using the internet, all i did on it was search about things related to her and i found this forum site, thats related to everything to do with ahlam, so i joined and chose MeenAkon as my profile name. which is a name title of one of her songs.

• Tell me about yourself?

My name’s Ahoud, 26 years old, employee. its hard for me to talk about myself in detail, but i believe i’m a nice person, i enjoy life, fun to be around, secretive, loyal and i like change (personally & materialistically)

• How long have you been blogging?

Only very recently. specifically on the 10th of February 2010.

• How many writers (Members) in your blog?

Unfortunately, for this time being, writing on my blog isn’t authorized, But in the future it will be.

• What kind of category you see your blog in?

I describe my blog as miscellaneous, its a variety of things.

• How did you start blogging?

i started after i saw an interview on Watan TV with a group of bloggers and their blogs, so i decided to do my own blog.

• What was the reaction of the people around you about your blog?

they encouraged me a lot, specially my friends and they still encourage me till this day.

• What kind of marketing method you used for your blog (How’s did you prompted your blog)?

At the beginning, I’d send a request to popular bloggers to publish my blog on theirs. Then I spread through e-mails by sending out my blogs to friends.

• Do you have any new ideas coming soon to your blog?

Yes. theres plenty of ideas, but are still in the planning process.

• What do you advise the guys/girls who just started blogging?

I advice new bloggers to work hard on finding, the latest, the new, the fresh and the best in their topics and to stay away from the mundane, the repeated and the copied topics. Hard work is the secret of success and be patient specially at the beginning.

• Any last words to your readers?

First off, i’d like to thank Mr. Gorduba for this lovely interview. ذكر وكيل ديوان الخدمة المدنية محمد الرومي أنه إذا صادف يوم الجمعة الموافق 10 سبتمبر أول أيام عيد الفطر السعيد فسيكون يوم الخميس، وهو يوم 30 رمضان، راحة رسمية حسب قانون الخدمة المدنية، لافتاً إلى أنه في “هذه الحالة ستكون إجازة العيد حتى يوم الاثنين الموافق 13 سبتمبر”

وأضاف الرومي لـ”الجريدة” إنه في حال كان أول أيام العيد الخميس الموافق 9 سبتمبر فستكون الإجازة حتى الأحد 12 سبتمبر، مشيراً إلى أن الجهات المختصة في ديوان الخدمة بعثت تعميماً إلى جميع الجهات الحكومية لإخطارها بإجازة عيد الفطر على النحو الذي نظمه قانون الخدمة المدنية

من جانبها، أعلنت المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية عن تقديم موعد صرف معاشات المتقاعدين المدنيين والعسكريين لشهر سبتمبر المقبل

“Financial Times” reported that Google in advance talk with Hollywood leading movies studios to lunch a Pay-Per-View service for the movies on Youtube by the end of the year.

The new releases movies will cost 5$ each movie to stream, with that Google will join both Netfilx and Amazon on demand.

A 13-year-old boy was struck by lightning at 13:13 hours on Friday the 13th.

On August 13, 2010, the teenager was watching an air show in Lowestoft, England when he was struck. He was taken to the hospital as a precaution and luckily came away with only a minor burn on his shoulder!
